I first began practising Qi gong over 15 years ago, at a time when I was experiencing extreme burnout, immune disorders, anxiety, and depression. Qi gong became a lifeline, giving me the tools to regulate my nervous system and restore my health and what unfolded was a complete life change. Through daily practice, the way I experienced life transformed - how I related to others, and even the music I created.

I have had the great privilege of training with exceptional teachers mainly from the Hua Gong lineage (Master Zhixing Wang & Daveric Leggett) however I also trained for two years with the Bristol School of Shiatsu, as well as with other teachers such as Master Ken Cohen and for the past decade, under the guidance of Burgs.  With whom I have been refining my meditation practice focusing deeply on Metta (Loving Kindness).

Over the years, I’ve witnessed many people become empowered, reconnect with their bodies, and begin living happier, healthier, and more embodied lives through this beautiful practice and it is witnessing this transformation that brings me so much joy and inspires me to share a way of being that I love with all my heart.

Shibashi One: Qi Gong Course

Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is a set of 18 beautiful Qi Gong exercises based on the principles of Tai Chi and includes movements from the Yang style Tai Chi Chaun. It is a flowing Qi Gong exercise routine that is deeply nourishing, relaxing and grounding.
