Embodying love: soundbath meditation with voice & singing bowls

BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL

A truly immersive experience that uses the vibrations and resonant sounds of my voice, singing bowls, gongs, to induce a deeply relaxed, meditative state.

Participants are invited to experience the transformative practice of loving kindness and be held in a sonic transmission of love, whilst also learning tools to regulate their nervous systems.

Sessions begin with a short Qi Gong Dao Yin 15mins sequence that enables us to tune into how we are feeling, both physically and emotionally. This is followed by a 45min Sound Meditation practice that begins with a yoga nidra and group voice toning practice that then flows into a sonic spa where I combine my voice with gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, sacred song to facilitate the deep relaxation of our nervous system. The class closes with a ground Qi gong practice to support the integration of the experience.

  • “It seems that every time I see Tallulah for either a workshop or sound healing session she manages to help me reach somewhere unfamiliar yet nourishing. Tallulah unquestionably invests herself in order to guide her audience or clients to new depths of themselves through the incredible sounds and harmonies that she creates. Tallulah has a tremendous gift which she shares in a way that is humbling and magnificent.”

    Tom Williams (Founder of Legs4Afric)

  • “She is a true master when it comes to using her voice and the way she weaves it into other sounds is completely unique and otherworldly. The space she holds is as impeccable and nurturing as the way a mother tucks a blanket around a sleeping child.”

    Roma Norriss (Togetherness Festival)

  • “There’s a magic to Tallulah’s Sound Bath sessions that I can’t quite describe, except being left with a profound sense of softness in my body which felt beautiful. After the session, I enjoyed receiving the present moment more fully, less in my head and more in my heart. I felt reassured by her presence, the way she brought us in and then out of the sound journey, knowing that something very special happened in between!”

    Sophie Bolton (Dancing Freedom Facilitato)
